A large 225 m2 independent villa surrounded by a 2 000 m2 colourful well kept garden. The area around the swimming pool and the verandas of the villa offer panoramic sea views in a quiet relaxing atmosphere decorated by white Italian garden furniture.

As you walk into the ground floor of the villa, you find yourself in a large dining room, there are two separate bedrooms on the ground floor (each bedroom has its own bathroom), and a comfortable fully equipped modern kitchen.

On the first floor of the villa, the is one bedroom, a bathroom and a small living room with a large settee that opens up into a double bed.

On the second floor of the villa there is an extra bedroom with a king size bed and a large bathroom.

Two large comfortable villas, with a shared swimming pool.

As we enter the villa, we find ourselves on the ground floor where there is a large Italian style kitchen, a living room with a traditional stone fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.

On the first floor of the villa there is a large bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom.

On the second floor of the villa there is also a large bedroom with its own bathroom.

All floors of the villa look out upon the blue Aegean sea and have small terraces.
