MILTOS VILLAS (1ST COMPLEX)

Two settlements of large luxury self catering villas located in the area of Filizi, Santa Maria in Naoussa on Paros.  Common used swimming pool and tennis court. The villas are located 300 meters away from Xifara beach and 400 meters away from Filizi beach and just 2, 5 kilometers away from Naoussa.
The first settlement has 5 large villas, the owner of the two settlements lives in one of these villas, the owner’s villa is not for rent, he is there to take care of his guests.

Villa 1: prices start at 1400 Euros a week and reach 3200 Euros a week (depending on the season).
Villa 2: Prices start at 1600 Euros per week and finish at 3400 Euros per week (depending on the season).
Villa 3: Prices start at 1800 Euros per week and finish at 3500 Euros per week (depending on the season).
Villa 4: Prices start at 2800 Euros per week and finish at 5500 Euros per week (depending on the season).

 

July and August are high season prices but still negotiable.
