Description of the villas

Located in Parasporos region of Paros island.
2 villas in a quiet area, in front of the sea, with common pool and amazing sea view just 200 meters away from the beach.

The villa 1 consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Sleeps 8-10 people.

A villa which is a part of a complex of 6 villas, exactly in front of the sea and the common pool, next to the owners villa.

The villa is built upon two levels. 

On the first floor where is the entrance of the house there is a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room.

An internal staircase leads downstairs where there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 8 people, a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms with twin beds each and a third bathroom. The fully furnished terraces with dining table and sitting areas offer a sea view.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, in the living room on the first floor there is a television.

Description of villa 2

The villa 2 consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa is built upon two levels.
On the first floor, where is the entrance of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room. Out side there is a furnished veranda with a dining table, a siting area and a sea view.
An internal staircase leads downstairs where there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, on the same level there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each and a second bathroom. The fully furnished terrace offers garden view.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and in the living room on the first floor there is a TV.
