The house is built on two levels, in a large full green garden, in a quiet area, overlooking mainly the surrounding hills, the meadow and partly to the sea.
The first floor has an open plan large fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room where there is a TV and air conditioning, it has 2 bathrooms with shower, a large double bed built-in bed and air conditioner, a second bedroom with 3 single beds and air conditioner, the two of these beds are arranged in bunk bed and the third is free. The third bedroom has a double and a single bed arranged in bunk bed, also this bedroom has a fan. Outside the bedrooms there are terraces overlooking the garden and sea to the beach Glyfa.
In front of the living room there is a covered terrace with dining table and setting are overlooking the garden and partially the sea to the beach of Livadia.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a large double bed built-in bedroom and a second with 3 single beds, two of these beds are placed in bunk beds and the third is free, each of these bedrooms has a fan, there is a bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette with fridge and an hot pot.
Outside there is a terrace furnished with table and chairs.

In the back space there is a BBQ with covered dining area.
