The complex consists of 5 villas:

A) The first villa is 110 sqm and can accommodate 4 to 6 people.  It consists of two spacious double bedrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with built in shower and a washbasin. The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with satellite LCD TV, DVD radio and A/C .
Outside is a large furnished terrace with a spacious sitting area with an outside television and country side and sea views.

B ) The second villa is 75sqm and sleeps 2 to 4 people.
It consists of a spacious bedroom with double built bed, a children’s play room, a sitting area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and built-in sink.
The bedroom and the living room are equipped with satellite LCD TV, DVD radio and A/C.
The exterior of the villa is a comfortable 35 sqm furnished terrace with lovely sea views.

C ) The third house is a little semi-basement of 120 m2 and and is suitable for 4 to 6 people.
It consists of a large living room with a sofa bed and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms which have built showers and sinks and two spacious double bedrooms with built-in beds .
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with satellite LCD TV, DVD radio and A/C.
The exterior of the villa consists of a spacious full sun terrace of 35sqm covered with pergola .

D ) The fourth villa is 85 sqm and sleeps 2 to 5 people.
It consists of a spacious bedroom with double built-in- bed, a spacious living room with two sofa beds, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and built-in sink and a spacious 30 sqm furnished terrace with breathtaking views of the Aegean .
The bedroom and the living room are equipped with satellite LCD TV, DVD radio and A/C.

E) The fifth villa is 130 sqm and consists of two levels .
It is suitable for 4 to 6 people.
Downstairs is the living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with built shower and sink.
On the first floor, that is joined to the ground floor with a wooden staircase, there is a large bedroom with double built-in- bed and a second bathroom.
The bedrooms and the living room are equipped with satellite LCD TV, DVD radio and A/C.
The exterior of the villa consists of a large terrace of 50 sqm on the ground floor and two balconies on the first floor.
All terraces are furnished and have magnificent views of the Aegean Sea .
