SANTA MARIA STONE VILLA ON PAROS

Santa Maria Stone House is a comfortable holiday home built with stones with traditional architecture and is situated at Santa Maria area just 200 meters from little Santa Maria beach and 4 km from Naoussa.
As you approach the house from the road you enter to the large courtyard. There is a garage on the front of the house, trees and garden. On the back of the house there is a shaded outdoors area with BBQ and a large dining table under a pergola. This area is perfect for breakfast as it is shaded and cool in the morning.
At the back courtyard  is also the main entrance of the house. As you enter the interior there is an open plan area with living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A door leads to a bedroom with queen size bed that exits to the front veranda.
The living area also exits to the front veranda that is equipped with a built sofa, a dining table and a pergola.
From the living area stairs lead to a corridor with  two bedrooms, one bedroom with queen size bed ,private terrace with sea views and a second bedroom with single bed and private terrace with sea views.  All 3 bedrooms of this floor share 2 bathrooms with shower that exist on this corridor.
Exterior stairs take you to an independent   bedroom with double queen size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and two large, private, sea view terraces.
This house is a perfect holiday home for families, friends or 3 couples

The house is equipped, with flat screen Satellite tv, wi fi , hi fi dvd player, ventilators, heating, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine
