A large villa built on two levels, that accommodates up to 8 people located in the beautiful area of Santa Maria, close to Naoussa on Paros. The whole villa is 130m2. There are four bedrooms in total and a bathroom on each floor of the villa (two bathrooms):

Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (can be joined together), lower level

Location
Santa Maria, is located on the North East tip of the island of Paros, opposite Naxos island.

Santa Maria consists of a collection of tranquil bays with beautiful sandy beaches. The whole area was recently designated a NATURA 2000 protected area by the European Union.

The villas are 400m from these beaches, making them easily accessible on foot.
Also within walking distance is the local grocery store, taverns, beach bars as well as a scuba diving school and the World Class Santa Maria Surfing Beach.
