Our love for the island of Paros made us create an entirely new attractive complex of houses called “Naoussa Bay Villas” which is located, as its name suggests, at the bay of Naousa in an area of 16 acres, built in vineyards and within 1 km. from the center of the town. It is thus privileged situated at midtown giving the visitor the pleasure to enjoy the absolute sense of countryside and also be close to the town. Those who are particularly fond of the picturesque wonderful Naoussa and its nearby beaches, like Piperi, Kolimpithres, Monastiri and Santa Maria, will surely find their own personal paradise here.

8 houses built in traditional Cycladic manner out of the best materials and furnished h very carefully and tastefully are comprised out of 2 units,  one with 3 residences and the other with 5 residences. Each unit has a large infinity swimming –pool of 107 meters, while a joint playground serves the entire complex. The houses meet every need of yours as they are fully equipped in order to offer you ideal accommodation and they all have direct access to the swimming pool and view to the sea which is only 150 meters far.

We, ourselves, stay in Villa “Naoussa” which is placed in the 3-dwelling unit and thus we have the pleasure to be at your disposal for anything you may need.

At this point, we would like to inform our visitors that apart from English we speak French fluently.

The villas

The villas are maisonettes whose dimensions vary from 85 to 200 sq.m. evolving in two and three levels through interior stairs having the capacity to accommodate  from 4 to 10 persons. Each one is furnished with particular attention and fine furniture, and have  two to five air-conditioned bedrooms, two to three bathrooms with showers and an outdoor shower at the entrance of each dwelling, a living-room with fireplace, a cosy open and fully equipped kitchen, large verandas with a dining table overlooking the swimming-pool and the sea. Although the names of the villas are named after different areas on Paros, the villas are located in Naoussa, close to the turn that leads to Kolybithres beach.
