The villa has been built upon two levels, the two bedrooms and the one bathroom is located on the first floor of the villa while the third bedroom, living room, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The villa is surrounded by vine yards, and as well as having a very peaceful, quiet country side view, there is also a private road that leads to a beach. The only other way of reaching this beach is by climbing over rocks or by using a boat so literally the beach belongs to this house. The private road, leading from the villa to the beach lasts for 100 meters.
