Description of the villa
The villa has been built upon two levels and can be rented as one villa with two bedrooms (with independent entrances) or can be rented as two large apartments.
The ground floor of the villa is 55 m2 and offers a large bedroom with built in wardrobes and a king sized bed, a large bathroom with a built in bath tub, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed that can sleep two extra people.
The first floor of the building is 30 m2 and it offers an open space with a double bed, small kitchenette, bathroom and small living room.
The villa can be rented separately or together as 1 house, as the staircase that connects the two levels is external.
